DHS - Dortmund Handling Service GmbH - was founded in 1998 by Ingo Schnitger, a commercial pilot in Executive Aviation.

A dedicated team of 74 highly qualified employees provides efficient quality service and ensures quick aircraft turnaround and customer satisfaction. Quality of service is assured through continuous training and development of staff and very high performance standards. Aircraft operations, aircraft handling and documentation are conducted to the airline specific requirements according to the relevant ICAO, IATA and JAR-OPS regulations.

Ground handling performance reflects directly on passenger perception of the quality and reliability of an airline. It can make the difference between a satisfied passenger who will fly with the airline again and a dissatisfied one who will look to another carrier next time.
